Tally is a mobile-first reading product designed to help people track reading sessions, progress, pace, goals, and social activity around books. By using the service, users agree to use it lawfully, avoid abusive behavior, and avoid posting content they do not have permission to share.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the profile, reading activity, and optional shared content they publish. Tally may remove, restrict, or moderate content or access when necessary for safety, abuse prevention, service integrity, legal compliance, or product operations.

Premium subscriptions, if offered, are billed through the App Store and managed through Apple purchase flows and supporting infrastructure such as RevenueCat. Prices, renewal behavior, trial availability, and cancellation rules follow the terms presented at purchase and the applicable store policies.

The service may change over time. Features may be added, refined, retired, or moved between free and paid tiers, provided this is done consistently with applicable law, store policy, and user expectations. Material changes to billing or data handling should be reflected in updated public documentation.
